What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) as well as PayPal.

What currency are your products listed in?

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

What shipping service do you use?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our office in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Worldwide shipping is available.

Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes, if your order qualifies for free local delivery or pickup you will be given the option at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped you will receive and email with tracking information and estimated delivery date.

What is your returns policy?

We are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If you believe an item to be damaged or defective please contact us at info@colbourneclo.com.

Will I have to pay import fees on international orders?

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes.
